See what to expect on your first visit at TheraMax. 1st sessions are 90 minutes long and follow-ups are usually 60 minutes. Most clients come wearing their normal clothes. And many simply come in on their way to or from work.

Does TheraMax hurt?
One of the benefits of TheraMax is that we can adjust the amount of pressure based on your real-time feedback. Most customers feel minimal discomfort, if any at all.
How does TheraMax alleviate pain?
When muscles shorten, they pull the body out of alignment. This causes stress and pressure on the bones and nerves. Lengthening the muscles allows the body to back into its natural state, which alleviates pain and restores balance.
Who is the typical TheraMax client?
We treat all ages and can help with a whole host of ailments. Our clients range from young people to the elderly.
How much does TheraMax cost?
TheraMax is $150 per hour. The first session is 1.5 hours ($225) which allows time for a full assessment and a full treatment. Any subsequent session is one treatment hour ($150). We accept cash, credit, FSA & HSA.
Do you take insurance?
We are an out-of-pocket clinic, allowing us to provide therapy tailored to your needs without the restrictions often imposed by insurance. This way, you receive the optimal amount and duration of therapy to achieve the best results for your well-being.
How many sessions are needed?
Most client protocols range from 1 to 10 sessions with an overall average of 5. Everyone's body is different and some respond faster to the treatment than others.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No. We are able to treat you based on your feedback and individual goals.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you miss your appointment without contacting our office within 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee. Additionally, if you are late for a scheduled appointment, the full appointment amount will be charged. If you are unable to keep your appointment or need to reschedule, kindly call us at (786) 480-0026 so we may release your appointment to our wait list.
