TheraMax, Naples Robotic Pain Relief

About Theresa

Theresa Edmunds brings a rare combination of clinical health coaching and hands-on neuromuscular therapy to TheraMax Naples. As a Certified Health Coach credentialed by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, she has spent over 15 years helping clients understand the connection between nutrition, environment, and physical health. Her background includes five years at Natural Balance Wellness Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she worked alongside functional medicine physicians treating complex chronic conditions including Lyme disease, mold toxicity, and neuro-developmental disorders. This clinical foundation shaped her understanding that lasting pain relief requires addressing both the body's internal chemistry and its structural alignment.

Before focusing exclusively on pain relief, Theresa spent nearly a decade as an instructor at Monroe Community College, teaching continuing education courses on topics ranging from gut health and immunity to the GAPS protocol and natural living. Her ability to translate complex health concepts into practical, actionable guidance earned her recognition as a regular contributor to Essential Naples Magazine, where she has published over ten articles on pain relief, muscle therapy, and wellness. A classically trained chef from George Brown College in Toronto, she brings culinary expertise to her nutritional counseling, helping clients understand how food preparation and quality ingredients support their recovery from the inside out.

Theresa's commitment to Robotic Muscular Therapy is deeply personal. After watching her husband struggle with a chronic shoulder injury for two years with no resolution from conventional treatments, she witnessed him become pain-free after just three sessions with the RX2600 Therapeutic Robot. This experience drove her to become certified in Robotic Muscular Therapy and open Naples Robotic Pain Relief in 2022. Known for her "common sense approach" to health, Theresa excels at helping clients who have "tried everything" finally find relief by addressing the root causes of their pain rather than simply managing symptoms.
